Our world is now facing so many problems because of so many things. But the main threat to our world is "Terrorism". Each and every part of our world is affected by terrorism. Because of the crisis between the countries, many innocent people are getting affected by this. From a new born baby to a old man are affected by terrorism. There is no exceptions for this. Many people have lost their lives and every thing.
Each and every country and every one in this world should join their hands together to save our world from terrorism. But the sad thing is even some countries are supporting the terrorists to gain some thing through that.
I want you people to share your views about the terrorism from your point of view and the things that you have experienced in your country because of terrorism.

I would not like to speak here for all my country, because I do not claim to have the same opinion that my fellow-citizens. However, I can say that France is rather lucky vis-a-vis terrorism. Of course, we had our batch of attacks like everyone, but less than everyone. That is due, I think, with the diplomatic position of our country. If English is the language of the trade, the language of the diplomacy is French, says one. But, more personally, I think we must know about what we speak. Terrorism is only one means, a weapon, not finality. I remember that during the Second World War, few French who made exploded of the bombs in the coffees where came to drink the Germans, were called terrorists by our own government… Few years later, they were called heroes of the release, resistant. All is a question from point of view. Then of course, to kill civilians, women and the children, it is horrible. But don't the legal armies do it they not too? For me terrorism is a weapon. A coward weapon, but a weapon. Yasser Arafat, who with begun his combat like a terrorist and finished his life like peace hero, said that “terrorism is the only weapon of those which do not have any”.
Ah yes, terrorism sucks. The solution I suggest is go for CT and oh, don't forget to buy your Kevlar and flash bang. :p
i feel the terrorist are brought to our country by the politician just to show the people that the rule is not good when this party rules.

Compared to people in Kashmir, we haven't experienced the pain of terrorism even .1%.

this is a rather complicated question... a lot of factors have to be considered... but i think before finding a solution, we should first try to find the reason why they are doing it... by finding the root/reasons, then i think we can come up with effective solutions...

Hello! My country has its own share of terrorism specially on the southern part. our government has this on-going war on terrorism and we are doing our part also beacuse in the end terrorism destroys out economy and tourism.

To Selerines: My country is Vietnam, and there are a lot of problems in the goverment, they can't solve its clearly, fastly, or smoothly. Vietnamese have much bad habits, like coming late, or talking impolitely, etc...
So, when somebody look thats bad habit, I said that, "Welcome to Vietnam", thats not a beautiful Vietnam, thats a badly Vietnam.

I must say, I feel bad for the victims of terrorisms, may it be on the terrorists'side or not. I only hope they could find other means to address their concerns instead of expressing it through damning ways. In the Philippines, our terrorisms come in different forms, to name a few, poverty, unemployment, malnutrition and corruption. I think there are just evil, greedy people who think selfishly their needs first at the expense of others. Great persons and leaders are very rare now, but if peace advocates can be in great number, perhaps, the world can still have hope. What do you think?

My views in terrorism?
terrorist is just a word tagged for rebels. opposing individuals in a society of defined structure, is a threat to those who built it & are governing it. the killing issue works bothways. everyone involved is sure to have something to fight about.

At least that is what I think.
Also the 'extremists', 'fanatical' religionists...they're bad for the society.
Everything in moderation is good however when you're too absorbed into a religion or anything else, that's when bad things start to happen.

We are young and energetic yet very few think about this matter unless their homes are shattered we are lost in this race of life we really forgot
that we are human first and so we can feel the pains of others ...so we really need to come to that basics....
You cannot teach a dog to be kind by beating it. I don't know how many times I have said this but it always stands true.
On the other hand, some people never learn.
I just wish the people who are trying to make others see their own perspective would not use force to do it. It is our natural instinct to rebel when someone tries to force you to do something. You cannot win by force. There will always be someone bigger to come along and beat you.
I think the answer is to educate these people. Of course, education is the first thing to go when someone wants a war, isn't it?
I fear living in a large city because our buildings are often bombed. Being from a wealthy country sets you up for everything. People always think that the average person has lots of money or has something to do with our politics. Let me inform you, under our current administration we have tried to take back the government and even with a full house of Democrats trying to fix legislation we are still not in control. We are currently being run by a monarch, despite what we would like to think. We never had a say if Bush was going to be president. He rigged both elections and "won," even though Al Gore won all of the votes.
I wish other countries would realize that the people pulling the strings are the ones in power, not the citizens of the U.S.
Terrorism is mostly done by blowing up buildings or by angry people shooting whoever they can before they commit suicide in the U.S.
I can say that the bombings are politically motivated and that the people doing the bombings actually think they are going to have an impact on our government. But what they don't realize is that our current administration is the only one with any power. We have a full house of Democrats right now and nothing that we want is being done. The people came out and voted, and we still have not seen any results. The same for our current administration...each time it won its office by rigging the votes. Al Gore won the votes in 2000 and they put Bush into office anyway. During the 2004 elections they were turning people away from the voting booths. Bush wanted to be president, and he had the money and the power, so he got to be president.
The shootings are just random people wanting attention for the most part.
I think that if people here were more educated, they might not try these idiotic tactics. But you know, the firs thing to go during this administration was the funding for education.
I think their achievement in terrorism is to dominate the world...So called..But to me, my opinion is when a group of weak ppls who doen't know how to stand for themselves...They'll have anger for those who're around them and eventually they'll turn into wrath and THUS there borns terrorism...
Everyone's different, cant expect them to react the same situation the same way...So, the bitterness in people who doesn't know how to control..Will grow stronger and eventually will brain wash the individual character..It's sad to say...
I'm born in a diplomatic country too..Situation's diff here..Well, my country to say it's safe..But crime rates is getting higher..Praying tat one day the rate will go lower... By this rate we're going.. I think the citizens are having the same fear as those who are in the war-ing countries..
Solutions to terrorism? hmm.. I don't have much to say..but hoping the goverment will know how to care for individuals..Giving them privileges...At least to the terrorists who showed no merc in killing innocent people...The best way..I guess... is to show them mercy..Well, doing good tat expects nothing in return...Might change them and their mindsets..
Guess tat I'm too naive..hehe..But for me..any bad people or even terrorists shud have a 2nd chance to change themselves... Well, hoping there'll be peace in the world soon...

Now to the solution of terrorism. Only by defeating it decisively in the field of battle can one eliminate it completely. It's by the apparent success of terrorists that they get their deadly recruits. Once you deprive them of these successes then they will start realizing that after all they might not be the favorites of Allah. This is why the favorable outcome of the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan are of historical importance to the defeat of global terror.
