Are Indian Students safe?

In the previous post we discussed about the safety of foreigners in India. Now in this post we will discuss about the topic How far the Indian students are safe in abroad?.

Recently so many similar incidents are happening in foreign countries against the Indian students, especially in America. The incident that i am talking here is "Killing of Indian students in Foreign countries". Now a days it become too worse. Here from India so many students are going to abroad countries in order to acquire so much knowledge, with lots and lots of dreams. But these type of incidents are just destroyed and keep on destroying those dreams. Do you people know how many students have lost their lives through these type of incidents??? It's countless...... Here i will list out some incidents. Please check it out,

I don't know when we will get the solution for this. The Governing bodies of other respective countries should take some steps to get rid of these things in future.

Let's hope for the best and pray for them.

That's probably one of the major benefit for Indians to come and study in Malaysia. We're a multi-racial country and you won't be having any problems. Plus we have varieties of foods, that's also definitely not a problem here.

Now I sound like some recruiting officer from Malaysia XD

I have heard of such problems faced by some of my friends abroad to. The solution is not in our hands, but with those who make the problems.

I think it's all territorial but everyone is at risk anywhere in the world. I mean sadly, it's not just Idian students who face racism, anyone who lives in a country other than his own experience this. I agree let's just all hope for the best and pray for our loved ones and friends who live away from home.

By the way, I added your link to my Earthly Explorations blog. Message me back when you added mine. Have good day.

Hello! I'm very surprised about these terrible incidents. The EEUU have a big problem in their universities.

A big kiss from Barcelona!

Well, I am an American and I can honestly say that the VA Tech shootings were random. That guy was a crazy psychopath. The problem there-in lies with both the media and the authority figures at both the school and in that man's life.
The kids who are shooting up campuses are looking for love and affection and are not receiving it. They are being marginalized and ridiculed because of their beliefs and culture. They are made to feel alone and when they are pushed to the edge, they do what they see on tv and what will give them the most attention. They want to be remembered, even if it is for something terrible.
I have seen several of these instances because I have traveled all over the U.S.A. and it is a very sad thing.
People need guidance from their elders. Less and less in our society the elderly and our parents are stepping in to show us solid direction. The television and whoever will stay around is often used in replacement of good parental love, affection and guidance.
Well, I could go on forever on this topic but I'm sure someone else wants to be heard now.

@Nika : Ya i got the point.... My suggestion is American schools, Universities and other educational institutions should conduct some meditation classes for all the type of students to get rid of them from the stressed mindset. Because now a days the stress become a critical factor in every ones life. From the childhood itself the parents should give proper guidance and support to there children's and should try to bring them as a perfect human being in their life time.

I agree. Conflicts between nations should exclude students. Safety of foreigners should be every nation's paramount concern.

I agree with the lady who said no one is safe.
Racism is definitely an issue but I feel modernisation is also an issue. I am not against it but then one shouldnt that there should be some limitations.
The easy availabity of arms and drugs is spoiling the situation. What do u people think abt it ?

No one is safe in this world no matter where you go...doesn't matter your race, religon or beliefs. If it's your time to go it's your time to go.

Aggression against foreigners is terrible and should not be tolerated. I am appalled whenever I see see riots occurring against someone just because they are of a different nationality. However, in times of deep economic stress, this is what often happens. It's unfortunate, but it happens. This is the case now in the USA with hispanics sweeping across our border unchecked. It is a hot button issue in the USA right now and rightly so.

What is happening in South Africa right now is something to keep an eye on for future incidents. Thanks for your comment in my blog.

@Bougar : It is not possible to see every thing in this mindset.... f it's your time to go it's your time to go. It is easy to say but its hard to see and digest it in practical life...

Shiva, in some cases Indian students kill their counterparts from India. Do you suggest they are psychopaths too? These are random cases, can't be helped. Although I hear security has been beefed up in many universities.

Selerines said...

@Arun : Hmmmm ya you are right.. But i am not telling that Pscyopaths are there only in America. They are every where in this world. From my point of view the person who tries to cause harm to others are considered as psychopaths only. So you are correct....

Maple syrup is kind of nostalgic for many people because we eat it with our families in the mornings and winters with our pancakes. If you don't eat them, I guess you will have to see for yourself. :) I like to find all kinds of syrups and eat them with my breakfast. There are a lot of people who do that.

mmm i suppose each country is different! nowadays there are a lot of countrys where indian people haven't any problem! but there are very bad people in all the sites, the question is like avoid this!

Sorry for my english!! Bye!

Some crazy terrorists shooting & killing people. Some of the cases could be coincidental. I doubt it's a race issue. I mean, who kills people because of race, anymore? The US is perhaps one of the biggest mix & match, color palette mixture country in the world. Anyway, it's sooo..uggghh..uncivilized to kill people.

Selerines said...

@Alvear : Hmmm ya you are right!!!!

@A.I Editor : The US is perhaps one of the biggest mix & match, color palette mixture country in the world. Hmmm ya nice point....

you are right , they are not safe , i say this because they learn lot of bad things. My friend was a good boy but when he went Russia he became worse in all matters. Like gals, drinks, etc.

Selerines said...

@Hari : Getting addicted to bad things and all, depends on their self control.. For that we should not blame other countries.... Many psychopaths are attacking students, especially Indian students..
