** Snowzilla

As we all know that this is the time for winter season in most of the countries. Many are trying their best to do something different in this Winter season. For a change in this post we will see about the Snowzilla.

A giant snowman named Snowzilla has mysteriously appeared again this year. At 25 feet tall, the giant snowman outside an Airport Heights home on Columbine Street is even bigger than years past, drawing crowds of onlookers marveling at its size.

But some neighbors and city officials call it an eyesore that violates city codes.

This year, the city ordered creator Billy Powers not to build the giant snowman, but Powers pressed on.

For the last three years, Snowzilla — to the delight of some and the chagrin of others — has been a very large feature in Powers' yard. In 2005, Snowzilla rose 16 feet. He had a corncob pipe and a carrot nose and two eyes made out of beer bottles.

This year, Snowzilla is estimated to be 25 feet tall. He's wearing a black stovepipe hat and scarf.

City officials said Powers has ignored land use codes for 13 years, and racked up more than $100,000 in fines. However, if they decide to do anything about it they say they'll wait until after Christmas.
