Your first point : See dude... You are not a body builder or a gym student, so you may be not aware of the amount of energy needed to do gym. The meaning of my point is the Creating will accelerate you more while doing gym work. If you simply consume it means, then it will get accumulated in the body and it's excessive presence in the body will cause side effects to you. If you are not going to gym means, then what's need to consume more energy. Hmmmm???????

Your Second point : Since the energy gets accumulated more and more in your body, that will get converted in to mass in your body after finishing exercise. So because of this your metabolism will get increased and this will let you to eat atleast 6 times per day.

I know what you're talking about. You mean it supplies the energy you need when working out. Not supply you with more energy when you are at the gym. Unless you get some holy blessing in the gym that increase energy gain by 110 percent. :D

I understand that you need faster metabolism but does Creatine directly cause this or is this a side effect of working out?
