Chile Earthquake

Chile Earthquake, the magnitude 8.5 earthquake hit Concepcion in Chile on this Saturday, approximately the size of the earthquake is between 8.3 till 8.5 magnitude. The earthquake strike was so sudden, people were unaware of it! Fox News says that the Chile Earthquake was so strong that could shaking buildings and blackouts in some area of Santiago, Chile’s capital city. Right after the earthquake strike, Tsunami warning is given for people of Chile and Perlu, also some area in Ecuador according to Warning Center. The Warning Center stated that an earthquake of this size has the potential to generate a destructive tsunami that can strike coastlines near the epicenter within minutes and more distant coastlines within hours.Respected countries have taken steps to shift the people from coastal areas to some other regions. Let us pray for people of Chile who have suffered in the Earthquake and lets hope no tsunami strikes any region of the earth.

David Shepherd dies

David Shepherd, the former England umpire, has died after a long battle with cancer. He was 68. He officiated in 172 ODI's, including three consecutive World Cup finals, and 92 Tests between 1983 and 2005. He is one of the best professional that cricket has ever seen so far in its history. His good-humored approach to officiating and quirky superstitions - most notably his 'jig' when scores reached 111 or a multiple thereof - made him a favorite with players and spectators the world over.

Shepherd was appointed a first-class umpire in 1981, and made his international debut at the 1983 World Cup. His last Test match was between West Indies and Pakistan in Kingston in June 2005 - after which Brian Lara presented him with a bat.

ICC President David Morgan called him a true gentleman of the game, a match official of the very highest quality with an immense positive influence on the sport.

I am sure that his soul will not go out of cricketing world, even his body has left us.

** Nasa spacecraft will slam on moon

An another major event in space history and also in the history of NASA, is going to occur by Oct 9th, 2009. A lunar event scheduled for 5pm (IST) on 9th October could be straight out a SC-FI thriller. Zooming at a velocity of nearly 8,000 kph, a 2,305kg NASA spacecraft known as Centaur will slam onto the south pole of the Moon with such force that it will throw up 350 tonnes of lunar soil and debris and create a 13-feet-deep crate. The crater, 6.6 meters in diameter, will be one-third the size of a football field. Yet to know about the full idea behind this mission. Steps to register a firm:
An office of registrar of firms is present in every state of India. The registration of firm can be effected at any time by sending by mail or delivering to the registrar of the area in which any place of business of the firm is situated or proposed to be situated, an application in the prescribed form and accompanied by the prescribed fee.

The application must contain following information:

• Name of the firm to be registered.
• The place or principal place of business of the firm.
• The names of any other places where the firm carries on the business.
• The date when each partner joined the firm.
• The name in full and permanent address of the partners.
• The duration of business of the firm.
• The statement should be signed by all the partners or by their agents authorized on their behalf.

** Share Bull - Is it good to ride on it?

For the past one year I am in share market and I earned around double the money that I have invested in shares. By just learning about the share market in internet and sharing things with friends, watching business news channels etc,. I came to know more about the share market. Till now my riding with share bull is good and even during the bad times my bull is riding fine without damaging my financial stability. As I am earning money through blogs, my online company, real time work etc,. I just want a better way to invest those money for my company purpose. even though many investments are there at present, but nothing is giving this much amount of income to me compared to share trading. Many people have jut tried to stop me from doing shares, but I managed to overcome all those situations, finally now I am in a stable position to do anything boldly in share market. Sometimes this may turn into a upside down situation for us, so we have to be more careful. Till now I am one of the average investors in shares and doing long time trading. After sometime I planned to do short time trading too for more income :). I just wanna ask my fellow bloggers what you people think about Share Market? Is it good for investments? Is it good to ride on the Share bull? What you say?

The whole world is affected by recession, because of that many businesses had lost their name, employees, incomes and many more. The culprits of global warming are the green house gases, especially the carbon -di-oxide, which is emitted in large amounts by the power plants when they burn fossil fuels for the purpose of generating electricity. These green house gases namely carbon di-oxide, methane, and nitrous oxide, when emitted out in the air, ultimately gets trapped in the earth's atmosphere. More the discharge of green house gases into the earth's atmosphere more will be the global warming. This is the phenomenon of global warming.

MLM is such as massive network with more people forming like a group and does the process of marketing for the company. Independent distributors develop their organizations by either building an active customer base, who buy direct from the parent company, or by recruiting a down line of independent distributors who also build a customer base, thereby expanding the overall organization. Additionally, distributors can also earn a profit by retailing products they purchased from the parent company at wholesale price. Thus, MLM helps the organization to improve their business and the public to earn money through their products. So join it and at the same time beware of fake companies in the market and enjoy your lie with lots of money.

The MLM seems to be more attractive and nice way of making money easily. But in the market so many fakes are there, with an aim of stealing the money from people. Commissions are paid to multi-level marketing distributors according to the company's compensation plan. There can be multiple levels of people receiving royalties from one person's sales. The members of the company will just add other members, so this will form like a chain like structure. The first person in the chain who is head for all the members joined under his/her membership will gain more commission as the process goes on in marketing.

Multi Level Marketing is also known as Network Marketing. It is a simple business model that allows the main company to market its products through public as referrals. So based on the amount of products that are sold through each individual in the business, the parent company will give some amount as compensation. The simple idea behind the MLM is, the public will represent the company's products in market and they distribute it. They will just act as distributors for the parent company, and then based on the volume that is sold through them; parent company will give a commission amount to them. In addition to this one person can add referrals under his/her membership. They may also gain more amount based on the volume that is sold by those members who are under our membership. If they sold some amount of products, then we will also gain some more money through commission.

** Human Rights – Does it really exist in India?

From our childhood day onwards our parents taught us things such as we should give respect to our elders, we should consider each and every individual as equal, and we should not differentiate any one based on anything. But according to me all these things are only sleeping in books and not really existing in our day today practical life. This is what true as far as considering India. As a blogger who is willing to change things here In India, I am writing this post with some hopes that whole India will stand with me based on the things that I am going to share here.

One of the worst things that we can see here in India is many people doesn’t know how to give respect to others in public, especially to elders. Among the whole population, half of its proportion is being affected due to caste system, no equal rights and so on. Here people are separating them from others based on Castes, Money, kind of work each individual is doing and so on. From my point of view here many are not getting equal rights as like others are getting. If you have money in India you can do anything… This is what existing here and this is what true. The person who is having money does any criminal thing in the country means; he/she can come easily out of it, but if the same thing has been done by some other normal individual means, that’s it. That is the end of his/her life according to the kind of practice that we are having here.

See here all are human beings and all should get equal respect, rights and so on as like others are getting. Why should we divide ourselves based on Caste system, Religion, Work, Money, and Status? This is not fair; no one is having the rights to achieve one thing, by discriminating other individuals. The kind of things that we are seeing here in India really makes us to think about a question,

Today, people were afraid of terrorists due to some recent incidents happened in many part of the world. So government of every country is taking several steps to stop terrorism and make people to live in peace. In United States, all the airports have been dumped with tight security. Even some American airports are using whole body scanners at security checkpoints, which can penetrate people's clothing. The scanner has become a cause of concern, with reports suggesting that even underwear is visible in the scans. Passengers boarding planes are asked to remove metal items, jackets, and shoes before stepping into a small glass chamber. They then lift their arms over their heads for about three seconds before the scan. The sensors can detect part of the electromagnetic spectrum that emits energy from the body at wavelengths of one millimeter. Given that the energy from a human body is radiated at a higher rate than plastic, metal and ceramic, the unit can reveal those objects. The faces of the scanned passengers are blurred, and the images are not stored. Thus USA and also many other countries is taking many steps to control terrorist attacks. People should co-operate with the government to entirely vanish the terrorism.

It'll make you a better employee, according to an Australian study that shows surfing the Internet for fun during office hours increases productivity. The University of Melbourne study showed that people who use the Internet for personal reasons at work are about 9 percent more productive that those who do not.
Another study said that "workplace Internet leisure browsing", or WILB, helped to sharpened workers' concentration. People need to zone out for a bit to get back their concentration. According to the study of 300 workers, 70 percent of people who use the Internet at work engage in WILB. Among the most popular WILB activities are searching for information about products, reading online news sites, playing online games and watching videos on YouTube.
Thus, I don’t know that these ideas are really working or not, but according to me this is good idea to increase the productivity.

Thanks to the acceleration in global warming, the Arctic Ocean will lose its ice cover in the next 30 years, says a new study, and not in 100 years as scientists had predicted earlier. New research suggests the Arctic Ocean is already edging towards this grim reality, as the ice cover during summers could shrink to a mere million square km from the existing 4.6 million sq km. So much more open water could be a boon for shipping and for oil and mineral extraction from the seabed. But the flip side is it could trigger upheaval of the ecosystem. Therefore try to save the world from getting spoiled, through global warming.

** Can they sense our emotions!

Scientists have invented a specially-equipped robot vacuum cleaner that can sense human emotions. The scientists say that the Roomba robot vacuum cleaner uses a special headband to capture bio electric signals from the forehead of a human user, and then infers stress from muscle tension readings.
The system involves a control software programme that reinterprets natural muscle tension as estimating the user's stress level, they add.
"Two distinct robotic behaviours corresponding to two extreme emotional states, either relaxed or stressed, are triggered when the stress reading reach a threshold. Robot actions are then influenced by these stress readings. When a person shows high stress (~levels 3 and 4), the robot enters its cleaning mode but moves away from the user so as not annoy them. When a person is relaxed (~level 1), the robot (if cleaning) approaches the person and then stops, simulating a pet sitting next to its owner. If the reading is in between these two levels, the robot continues operating in its current mode until the stress reading reaches a threshold," New Scientist magazine quoted the researchers as saying.
Telling about the unique feature of this system, the researchers said that the robot's behaviour is controlled by human emotion instead of any explicit commands.
Thus this vacuum cleaner is a real well equipped robot.

** Mallya buys Gandhi memorabilia

An famous industrialist from India named Vijay Mallya had acquired the belongings of Mahatma Gandhi by placing the winning bet of Rs 9.3 crore at a New York auction.The bidding for the items stopped at $1.8 million, but with commission it came for around $2.1 million. This is not the first time that Mr Mallya has bought a part of Indian heritage at an auction. In September 2003, Mr Mallya had bought the sword of Tippu Sultan at an auction in Londion.

Some Indian Govt's confusion is there in this deal with Mallya. Indian Govt. is stating that Mr Mallya is just the representative from govt. side to buy the belongings of Gandhi. But Mallya is refusing the matter and says that he bidded and bought the things in auction of his own interest. Anyway an Indian bought the things and saved the Indian heritage from its loss. Hats off to Mr Mallya.
